Stuart - Chiropractor
Stuart grew up on a farm in South Africa, he grew up outdoors and playing in the mud. He always loved taking things apart and finding out how they worked as well as helping people.

After completing his Masters Degree in Chiropractic, he moved to the UK in search of more answers about how to fix the human frame, deeply and meaningfully.
​
After 3 years, and many different courses, he stumbled upon Advanced Biostructural Correction™( ABC™). This technique is based solely on correcting the mechanical structure of the human frame, posture correction. This fundamentally made sense, so he pursued it.
​
8 years later, he was a Certified Level 3 ABC practitioner, Table Assistant ABC™ instructor and a the Treasurer for ABC-Europe.
He has had the opportunity of treating Professional cricketers and was contracted to work for the Rajasthan Royals at the IPL 2020 tournament.
​
He and his family live in Epsom and call it home. The practice, Spine: Posture and Performance, is his passion project, to bring structural healthcare to the people of borough and to the county of Surrey, for the long term.
He will also aim to bring the technique to the rest of the World through teaching and looking after elite athletes to promote the INSANELY AMAZING results of ABC™.

BEN - Osteomyologist
Ben, like Stuart also grew up on a farm in Africa and has a passion for all things sports and outdoors. For Ben home is many places, Zimbabwe, Perth and now Surrey. By joining Spine in their shared passion he aims to give people back what they have lost and improve their lives one by one.
​
Ben's biggest frustration with sport was injury; he spent many a rugby game on the sideline because of it. Helping others to avoid this frustration and continue doing what they do in all stages of life excited Ben so he studied an undergraduate in Chiropractic Science in Perth, Australia.
Ben moved to the UK (for warmer weather...) and found Advanced Biostructural Correction™ which quickly convinced him there was more to structural healthcare than he thought and the possibilities were endless.

Since starting ABC™ Ben has seen consistent results allowing people to return to activities they never dreamed of, be it; getting out of bed, going for a run or returning to the sports field. Each having a life changing impact on the individuals. The smile on their faces and their excitement in regaining what they had lost, allowed Ben to realise ABC™ is the Gold Standard in structural healthcare and Ben is well and truly hooked on helping people.

LAURA - Osteomyologist
Laura grew up in Cheshire (Oup Norf) with a particular interest in horse riding, dance and aerial arts. She is now an avid CrossFit enthusiast who enjoys lifting heavy weights and training hard. When she’s not in the gym, she loves to be out exploring and adventuring.
Laura is a self confessed “Geek” who loves to read and increase her knowledge surrounding the human body and its capabilities. She encountered Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC™) and was totally blown away by the life-changing results it provided.
Family and community are another of Laura’s passions. After becoming an auntie she realised she had a fondness for caring for the “Little people'' and believes it’s never too early to start!
“I adore working with my fellow CrossFit devotee’s to help them function at their best allowing them to keep up with training sessions and competitions. At the same time I cherish the opportunity to be involved in a child's development”
